In accordance with The Constitutional Order of Nu Tireni & The Sovereigns Order of Tangata Whenua O Nu Tireni with   ,  Hapu Native Council, authenticated as , affirms our Constitutional authority to tend to any matter within the territorial authority of the Hapu, and apply our kawa and tikanga our customary practices to the matter.

Authenticated member  has requested that this matter be presented before the Native Court of Hapu Native Council, for determination under the customary principles and practices, the kawa and tikanga, of the Hapu.

The Hapu has accepted this request and this matter will be presented at the next Native Court hui on .
