In accordance with The Constitutional Order of Nu Tireni & The Sovereigns Order of Tangata Whenua O Nu Tireni with   ,  Hapu Native Council, authenticated as , affirms our Constitutional authority to tend to any matter within the territorial authority of the Hapu, and apply our kawa and tikanga our customary practices to the matter.
