Today, The Statutory Declaration 2021 was tabled at Waitangi for the passing into law for Nga Hapu O Nu Tireni, (constituted to uphold the Constitutional Order).

In addition to the first two Acts of State, He Whakaputanga O Nga Rangatira O Nga Hapu O Nu Tireni 1835 AND Te Tiriti O Waitangi 1840 respectively, this Statutory Declaration 2021 is instated by the National Council of Hapu Native Councils | He Whakaminenga O Te Whakaputanga | as the third Act of State
